RETURNS POLICY:

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, factory-sealed, and in the same condition as received.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact support@hippytrippy.com. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers may cancel their order after an hour of purchase before the label has been printed. Orders that have been printed a label may be charged a cancellation fee of $6.00 before processing the refund.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order or service, customers must contact support@hippytrippy.com within an hour after purchase and provide a reason for the cancellation. Orders can be canceled as long as the shipping label has not printed yet; otherwise, you will be charged a $6.00 fee.

Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of $6.00 may be applied for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period. This fee is intended to cover any costs incurred by Hippy Trippy.
