Hemp is cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, so it’s not the same as marijuana. Even though hemp products are legal federally, state laws are different. Some states have fewer rules, while others have stricter ones or even ban some cannabis products. We keep up with these state laws to make sure we’re following them.

Most of our flowers, pre-rolls, and vapes use THCa from hemp. THCa isn’t psychoactive, which means it doesn’t get you high in its natural state. But when you smoke or heat it, it turns into Delta-9 THC, which does get you high. We make sure our farmers passes all the required tests so they can grow their amazing hemp. Once the hemp is harvested, it’s legal as long as its Delta-9 THC stays under 0.3%, which we strictly follow.
Our products that don’t get heated — like edibles, gummies, and some concentrates — usually use Delta-8 THC and/or Delta-9 THC from hemp. Both are found in hemp: Delta-9 THC gives the classic high from marijuana, and Delta-8 THC is said to give a milder, clearer high without the paranoia. All our products have no more then 0.3% Delta-9 THC and meet the Farm Bill’s rules.
