RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for eligible products. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, factory sealed, and in the same condition as when received.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please contact support@hippy-trippy.com. Include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase, as long as the shipping label has not been printed. If the label has already been created, a cancellation fee of $6.00 may apply before the refund is issued.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, email support@hippy-trippy.com within one hour of placing the order and include your reason for cancellation. If the shipping label has already been printed, a $6.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Fees:

A $6.00 cancellation fee may be charged to cover processing costs if cancellation occurs after the initial one-hour window or after label generation.

REFUND POLICY

Refund for Returned Items:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, provided the return meets our eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refund Timing:

Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider or financial institution. If your refund hasn’t appeared within 5 business days of confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items are non-refundable, including used items or items not returned in original condition and packaging.

Exchanges:

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@hippy-trippy.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Orders cancelled within one hour and before label creation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after the label is printed are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise approved.
