This policy includes cancellations for any reason, as well as requests for changes in shipping addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, ShroomStrooper is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.

If we are unable to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will need to mail back the unopened product, in its sealed condition in order to possibly qualify for a refund.

If a package was shipped to the wrong address input upon checkout ShroomStrooper is not responsible for retrieving the product.
