SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing and Delivery Times:
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Duration: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Weekend Shipping: Orders are not shipped on weekends.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volumes.

We currently ship to the following U.S. states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington D.C.
We do not ship to:
Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
Payment Methods:
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Order Modifications:
Changing or Modifying Orders: Orders may be modified prior to fulfillment. To request changes, please contact us at support@hippy-trippy.com.
Changing Shipping Address: Due to age verification requirements, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. For future orders, you may update your address in your account settings.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item(s), including both inner and outer packaging. If multiple items are damaged, all items must be clearly visible in the same photo.
Send all required photos to support@hippy-trippy.com for review and resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
You may file a claim for a lost or stolen package after a 3-day waiting period. If you purchased Route insurance, please file your claim using the Route protection system.
Return Policy:
All Sales Final: All products are final sale. We do not accept returns for any reason.
Third-Party Purchases: If you bought our products from another retailer or website, please contact them directly for returns or support.
Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong item, please email us at support@hippy-trippy.com with a photo of the item and the packing slip. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Please note: We do not reship or replace closeout items or items valued under $25. For such cases, store credit or a refund will be provided.
Failed Delivery Due to Wrong Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at the time of order.
